Everybody could see how good Andy Robertson can be

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp says new signing Andy Robertson showed everyone how good he can eventually be against Crystal Palace.
The 23-year-old made his debut in the Reds’ 1-0 win over Crystal Palace at Anfield and drew plaudits for his performance from manager Klopp.

“I think everybody could see how good Robbo can be. There’s lots of pressure on him and he did really well,” he told Liverpool’s official website.

Robertson became Liverpool’s third signing of the summer, following Mohamed Salah and Dominic Solanke to Merseyside outfit, and put pen-to-paper on a long-term deal at Anfield.

Liverpool fans were made to wait to see the Scotland international who joined from relegated Hull City in the summer after he was left out of both of the club’s first two squads this season.

He replaced Alberto Moreno in in the left-back position after the Spaniard came under intense criticism for his performances against Watford and Hoffenheim.
