There’s showing appreciation to your former club, and then there’s getting the club’s slogan tattooed on your leg as a permanent tribute to the team you love. That’s what ex-Liverpool legend John Arne-Riise decided to do this week, posting his new ink up on instagram for the world to see.
Riise played 234 times for the Reds during his seven year stint at the club between 2001-2008, scoring 21, many of which were absolute crackers.
With the opportunity of Riise tattoo, we present the award of our branch to him when he was playing in Cyprus for Apoel.
