Liverpool agreed big money partnership deal with Malaysia Airlines

Earlier today Liverpool FC club have signed a three-year global partnership with Malaysia Airlines, and they officially have become the clubs airline partners.

With this Partnership Liverpool aims to bring Anfield a little closer to its huge fanbase of loyal and passionate fans in this part of the world.

The Liverpool chief commercial officer Billy Holgan has praised the relationship between Malaysia and Reds as they had visited them back in 2011 and 2015 and added that the reception was incredible.

“The partnership is a reflection of this bond and we are very much viewing to a bright future working with this Airlines company.”

Peter Bellew, chief executive officer of Malaysia Airlines, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Liverpool FC to the Malaysia Airlines family.

“Both brands have a long and illustrious history with similar cultures rooted around a sense of family. Liverpool FC is one of the most followed clubs in the world, including around 100million followers in South East Asia and 40million in China, our key markets.

“Additionally, Liverpool FC will go a long way in strengthening our brand in the UK, our gateway to Europe.”
