Luis Garcia, has tipped Mohamed Salah to achieve

Back in England’s top-flight following a successful spell in the Italian Serie A, Salah has firmly put his failure at Chelsea behind him as he now aims to establish himself as a Reds great.

Speaking to KweséESPN, Garcia is confident that Salah will prove to be a different player under Jurgen Klopp’s watchful eye.

The Egypt international, who joined the club for a reported £34.3 million from AS Roma, endured a miserable stay at Stamford Bridge, but is a better player now…

“It’s not easy to adapt to the Premier League, he already knows that,” Garcia told KweséESPN. “Now it’s a different moment, he grew up, he’s more competitive now, he learned a few more things in another competition and he can bring that to the team.

“With the talent [Liverpool have] got there , and he’s got , I think he can be a good help for the team.”

The former Basel man enjoyed great success at first Fiorentina and then Italian rivals Roma where he played a direct role in 46 goals over two seasons. There is no doubt Salah is a different man and more equipped to shine in the EPL:

“It’s not easy when you change a competition, when you go to another country, another language, and you try to perform in a very different competition,  as the Premier League is,” Garcia added. “It’s very important to have a period of adaptation where you can join and settle a bit, in the city and in the team.

“I think for Salah – it was very important [that he became more mature] – and right now he’s a different player,” he concluded.
