Liverpool are having a good season under Jurgen Klopp, but have found themselves stumbling a bit in the last few weeks.
The German manager has often got the best out of his team, and some of the performances have really pleased our punters here in the Transfer Tavern.
Lots of players in the Liverpool squad are full of talent, but you cannot just win with pure talent, and there are always players who do a job and don’t get the recognition they deserve.

With this in mind, we have taken a look at TWO players in the Liverpool squad who deserve more respect and recognition for their role in the team…
1)J.Henderson
Henderson has long been seen as someone who is not up to scratch, but in the last few years has really developed into a top player.
However, there are still those people out there who see Henderson as not that important.
2) N.Clyne
This is not the case though, and the skipper is a top quality central midfielder who Liverpool miss when he is not in the team.
Despite being an ever present, Clyne simply goes about his business with minimal fuss and without reward for his consistency.
Clyne is a top class right back, and along with Kyle Walker sits among the best in the league in his position.
The former Southampton man simply gets on with his job week in week out, and has been an excellent singing since making the move to the North West.
