It’s been a very difficult season for Moreno this time around with him getting replaced by makeshift midfielder James Milner from very early on in the year.
Indeed, since then the Spaniard has had very little chance to try and get back in the side with that suggesting he just isn’t up to playing for the Reds.
He apparently has the chance to try and impress whilst the Reds are on a warm-weather training camp in Tenerife as the international break takes centre stage but, failure to do that, should see him shown the exit door.
The defender, then, faces a crucial period of his career and we cannot see, in all honesty, how he is going to change anyone’s mind now.
